held national collection agency; with offices located in Florida, Idaho, and
Massachusetts. We handle outsourcing, primary, secondary and legal
placements for a wide array of clients and for different receivable needs.
The company has been providing third-party
collection services to public and private sector clients since 1994. During
the span of 10 years, Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. has grown from one small
office located in Massachusetts to three call centers in three different
states with over 300 employees.

Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. began when Bob
Kebartas, Senior Vice President of Operations for an International
collection agency and Cheryl Valentine, Vice President of Sales for an
International collection agency, decided to start their own company. The
philosophy and mission established that day still exists and is the primary
reason for the success the company has experienced. To be successful in the
third-party collection industry, you must provide your clients with the
