Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. began in 1994 when Bob Kebartas, Senior Vice President of Operations for an International collection agency and Cheryl Valentine, Vice President of Sales for an International collection agency, decided to start their own company.  Cheryl and Bob built Valentine & Kebartas around the concept of having constant communication with their clients all while maintaining stellar performance.  The philosophy and mission established that day still exists and is the primary reason for the success the company has experienced.  Cheryl has been quoted saying “To be successful in the third-party collection industry, you must provide your clients with the services, responsiveness and results that will place the company at the forefront of the collection industry. In pursuing this goal, Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. will strive to build long term relationships with clients and employees: with clients by providing excellent results through professional and imaginative service; and with the employees, by providing a challenging and rewarding work environment in which to build careers”.

Education:  State University of New York, Business Management Bachelor of Science Experience: Over Twenty (20) years of collection agency experience. Prior to partnership with Robert Kebartas, Ms. Valentine served as the Vice President of Regional Sales for an International Agency and was responsible for new client development as well as supervising the Eastern Regional Sales Force. Business Associations: The National Organization of Woman Business Owners, The National Association of The Commercial Law League, The American Collectors Association, The Commercial Leasing Association, The National Association of Credit & Collections, The Communications Accounts Receivable Association, The National Association of College and University Business Officers, The National Association of Female Executives, and The Equipment Leasing Association.     Interests: Traveling, Reading, Music, Movies and Her Family.

Education:  Lesley College, Cambridge, Massachusetts Business Management       Bachelor of Science Experience: Over twenty-five (25) years of collection agency experience. Prior to partnership with Cheryl Valentine, Mr. Kebartas served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for an International Agency and was responsible for overseeing operations for collection programs in the United States. Previous positions include Vice President of Collection Operations, Assistant Vice President, General Manager, Unit Manager, and Recovery Specialist.       Business Associations: The National Association of the Commercial Law League, The American Collectors Association, The New England Adjustment Management Association, The Commercial Leasing Association, The National Association of Credit & Collections, The Cellular Accounts Receivable Association, and The National Association of College and University Business Officers.   Interests:  Any Boston Sports Team, Movies, Comedy and Spending time with his Family
